ASD Workouts provide a safe and accommodating space for players on the autism spectrum to learn the game’s fundamentals in a challenging yet welcoming and accepting environment:

In 2021 Coach Macky's son Cyrus was diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Cyrus's diagnosis opened our eyes to a growing population of underserved youth athletes who require a different approach to learning the game.

Our ASD program offers the same high quality skill development workouts, but in smaller groups designed for less sensory overload and to accommodate players diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder. We ask ASD participations to register separately so we can manage numbers and maintain a comfortable experience.

Workouts are held every Saturday and Sunday from 1:30-3:00pm for players in 4th grade and older, and from 3:00pm-4:00pm for players in 3rd grade and younger, all at 185 First Avenue.
